Our Story
Pathfinder Visa and Immigration Services was founded with a clear mission: to help people navigate Australia’s complex immigration system with confidence and peace of mind.
Our founder arrived in Australia in 2006 and has firsthand experience with the Australian immigration system. Having successfully navigated through multiple legal challenges, including representing himself in the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court to secure his own visa, he brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the visa process.
Holding a MARA license (MARN: 2518820), our founder draws on both personal experience and professional expertise to deliver comprehensive immigration guidance tailored to clients navigating similar challenges.
Our Journey
Founder's Journey
Having arrived in Australia in 2006, our founder experienced the complex immigration system firsthand. After his visa application was refused in 2014, he embarked on a challenging legal journey that took him through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (where he initially lost in 2015), the Federal Circuit Court (where he faced another setback in 2017), and ultimately to the Federal Court.
After spending significant resources on migration agents, lawyers, solicitors, and barristers without success, he made the bold decision to represent himself in the Federal Court—and won. His case was then referred back to the AAT, where he finally succeeded in 2019, leading to his permanent residency in 2020.
This personal journey through Australia’s complex immigration system gives him unique insights that few migration consultants possess—firsthand experience with the challenges, pitfalls, and strategies for success in difficult visa cases.
